Debra Wein, CEO and founder of Wellness Workdays, is a nationally recognized expert on health and wellness and has designed award-winning wellness programs for individuals and corporations across the country. She helps organizations improve employee health and productivity while lowering health care costs. Her clients include Cape Cod Healthcare, BJ’s Wholesale Club, Putnam Investments, EMD Serono, Brown University, MIT, Rockland Trust, Cabot Corporation, the Town of Westwood, Bentley University and Harvard Business School. Debra teaches at the undergraduate and graduate levels at several well-known Boston universities and is often called upon to speak at national and regional conferences. She serves on the Board of Directors of the New England Employee Benefits Council and is chair of the organization’s Wellness Planning Committee. She also serves as the Chair of Alumnae Engagement for the President’s Council of Cornell Women, is an inaugural member of the Executive Women’s Cabinet for the American Lung Association of the Northeast and serves on the American Cancer Society’s Women Leading the Way to Wellness Executive Committee. Debra holds undergraduate and graduate degrees in nutritional sciences from Cornell and Columbia Universities.
