Dr. Dennerlein is Professor and Director of Research for the Department of Physical Therapy, Movement, and Rehabilitation Sciences in the Bouvé College of Health Science at Northeastern University. He holds adjunct faculty positions at the Harvard School of Public Health (HSPH), and the VU University in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. He is co-Principal Investigator for the HSPH’s Center for Work, Health, and Well Being. His research goals goal is the prevention of work-related musculoskeletal disorders and injuries as well as improving workers’ health through integrated workplace health protection (ergonomics and safety) and promotion (wellness) intervention studies. Dr. Dennerlein holds degrees from the State University of New York at Buffalo, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and the University of California, Berkeley.
