Lynn Rossy, PhD
Dr. Lynn Rossy is an expert in mindfulness-based interventions for stress, eating, and workplace wellness. She is the Executive Director of Tasting Mindfulness, LLC and a Kripalu Yoga Teacher. Her work in mindful eating led her develop a ten-week class called Eat for Life and to author the book, The Mindfulness-Based Eating Solution, which was named one of the top ten books of 2016 by Mindful.org. She is President of the Center for Mindful Eating, a non-profit organization that trains professionals in the area of mindful eating and offers the general public an introduction to mindful eating. She is busy teaching classes, consulting with businesses and individuals regarding mindfulness interventions for health, and leading retreats and workshops across the world.
