Healthy Restaurant Dining: Insights Challenges and Solutions

Americans are eating restaurant-prepared food today an average of about five times per week. This seminar will delve into the challenges involved in eating out and eating healthy and look ‘behind the menu’ to expose common misconceptions and assumptions that may cause even a health-conscious diner to make poor menu choices. We will spell out solutions to help diners navigate the menu so as to assure more healthful selections suggest steps that anyone can take to spur the availability of healthful choices at favorite restaurants and identify strategies to help employers create a more healthful workplace when it comes to food at meetings.
