Mindfulness: Show Up for Your Real Life
Mindfulness skills are frequently referenced at conferences and in publications for wellness, positive psychology, and treatment for mental disorders. Scientific evidence is accumulating that shows there is an association between regular mindfulness practice and changes in the brain, leading to increased positivity and the willingness to persevere in many aspects of daily life.
