Health promotion holds great promise for each of us. Unfortunately unsupportive cultures frequently undermine positive practices and our efforts to adopt healthier lifestyles. Our friends family housemates coworkers and our neighbors all could contribute to our success. This presentation shares strategies for mobilizing each of these support systems or wellness zones. It features field-tested culture change strategies as well as best practice examples.
