There can be no health without conscious effort. And such effort is required to keep learning when we face obstacles in our health journey or general hardship and adversity. To help with consciousness, health, and learning, the presenter has developed and tested various tools and programs shown to be effective. This presentation will review these tools and invite participants to use them and interact during the presentation.
